What is Chop Chop Chef?
Chop Chop Chef is a cooking show, with a collection of video recipes on CD-Rom. The recipes are designed to be simple and take only a little time to prepare without compromising taste. Volume 1 features these episodes: Chocolate Mousse, Turkey Tacos, Shrimvocado, Croque Monsieur, Chicken Wrap, Trifle, Pasta Salad, Fruit Tarts, Creamy Spinach Dip and Salmon Bouchees.

What is the difference between Chop Chop Chef and a cook book? or a CD-rom of recipes?
Think of Chop Chop Chef as a show, like you see on television, except you see it on your computer screen. You have less recipes than a cook book and recipe database, but more episodes than one show.

Who is Chop Chop Chef?
Chop Chop Chef is everyone. It's the idea that everyone can prepare food quickly - and the food is tasty! So, think of Chop Chop Chef not as one person, chef or gourmet food expert - Chop Chop Chef is you and everyone who needs to make a meal.

I downloaded the demo for CHOP CHOP CHEF and it's not enough for me.
Do you need more? We wanted people to download a demo file that is not too big (but that's hard with video) so we included just one show. Here's what we've decided to do (by popular demand): We're going to randomly put a different show on our demo page to download one at a time, so if you check the Chop Chop Chef site often enough, download new demos, you'll eventually have the whole CD-Rom of Chop Chop Chef Volume 1--for free!

How will CHOP CHOP CHEF evolve in the future?
As technology evolves, so too, will CHOP CHOP CHEF. It will be a great platform for interactive television, and when optimum streaming media tools become available, Chop Chop Chef will have streaming videos online, Also, CHOP CHOP CHEF will be in different languages, making it more globally available. Additionally, many volumes are in production and should be available soon with more chop chop recipes.

I don't have a computer in my kitchen, can I print the recipes?
Yes. Please print the convenient step-by-step instructions including photos to help you in the kitchen.

What computer do I need to use Chop Chop Chef?
Power Macinsosh with 32 Megs of available Ram. ( Mac OS 8,9 or Mac OS X ) PC / Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP with 32 Megs of Ram equiped with a Sound Card. A CD-Rom Drive or a DVD drive is required. (Computer DVD drives can play the Chop Chop Chef CD Rom)

Give me a break! Are you kidding!?? What's so great about a recipe with TWO ingredients? Shrimvocado? How lame can that be? That is the stupidest thing I've ever seen.
Please consider this: 1) have you TRIED the Shrimvocado? 2) If you were to prepare a nice appetizer, do you want a complicated recipe and spend hours making it? 3) The whole point to Chop Chop Chef is SIMPLICITY. You'd be surprised to know that many people need some ideas for meals, and gladly invite simple ones that yes, have TWO ingredients. 4) Might you know someone who would like Shrimvocado? 5) have you ever thought about making something like Shrimvocado on your own, or is it too lame for you?
